Unlike psychotherapy which can be a deep exploration into our beliefs and behaviours to help alleviate distress, Coaching is a more direct and focused approach to help you identify and achieve specific goals or outcomes.

Coaching tends to focus more on clarifying goals, identifying strategies and creating action plans. However, in reality, both psychotherapy and coaching have much in common. My therapeutic training adds an element of understanding and science backed psycho-education and research to the coaching process.

Coaching works well for professional and personal life goals by helping you to clarify and identify what is blocking you from achieving them. Initially we will work together to develop your version of success and then establish a plan, the process is practical, efficient and has the potential to yield immediate results to create lasting change.

Sessions can be dynamic, creative and efficient with a focus on accountability for actioning and achieving your goals. I am known for my direct, straightforward, humorous approach.

I have particular experience and interest in supporting neurodivergent adults with the skills and resources to thrive in a world that can often feel challenging.

Appointments take place in person at my dedicated office space in my home in NW10, White City House or remotely on Zoom.
